Shipping

Once your order is placed, please consider:

• 2 to 5 business days if the Daily Wear jewelry is in stock

• 2 to 5 weeks for worldwide delivery if the item is made to order

Our products are not always available in stock as many are crafted upon request. We allow orders for out-of-stock pieces to ensure full customer satisfaction—our top priority. You will receive regular email updates about production and shipping status.

Returns

• For the Daily Wear collection:

  • Returns are accepted

  • Must be requested within 14 days after shipment dispatch

  • Return shipping and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If unsure about sizing, please contact us at info@oreficeriaitalia.com or refer to our sizing guide before ordering

• For the High Jewellery collection:

  • All pieces are considered custom-made and tailored specifically for each client

  • Photos and videos of the piece can be provided upon request before shipment

  • These items are not eligible for return under any circumstances
